Amazon consulting · Done with you

Keep your team. Add our Amazon playbook.

For brands that already have an in-house team, an agency or a founder running Amazon. We audit the business, install the workflows we run on our own accounts, and work alongside your people until the numbers move: more profit per unit, less wasted ad spend, listings that convert.

  • Month to month, no lock-in
  • Money-back guarantee
  • UK, US and EU marketplaces

01 — Who it's for

Built for brands that already have people on it.

Consulting doesn't replace your team or your agency. It's the senior layer on top: the audit, the systems and a second opinion from people who run Amazon accounts every day.

You have an in-house team

They're busy running the account day to day. We give them the playbook: weekly routines, PPC rules, listing tests and the reports that show what's working.

You getA trained team running proven workflows

You work with an agency

You pay for results you can't fully check. We set the KPIs, the reporting and a monthly scorecard, so you know what your agency is doing and whether it's working.

You getAn agency you can hold to account

You run it yourself

Founder-led, or about to launch. We give you the plan, the order to do things in, and a senior operator to check each big decision before it costs you money.

You getA clear plan and someone to call
02 — Done with you

Not an agency. Not a course.

An agency does the work for you, and the know-how leaves with it. A course hands you theory and leaves you to it. Consulting sits in between: your people do the work, with us alongside.

03 — How it works

Four phases, from audit to autopilot.

The same order every time: find what's costing you, install the systems, grow the products with the most room, then keep it running.

  1. 01Weeks 1–2

    Company and account audit

We go through the account the way we would before taking it over, and through the company around it: who does what, which tools and reports you use, and where decisions get made. Every issue is ranked by what it costs you per month, not by how easy it is to fix.

    • A written audit, ranked by monthly cost
    • A 90-day roadmap in the order we'd do it
  2. 02Weeks 3–6

    Systems and workflows

We install the operating system we use on our own accounts: the PPC structure and weekly routine, the Search Query Performance review, the listing test calendar and a profit-per-SKU model. Your team runs them, and we train them live on your own data.

    • SOPs, templates and dashboards
    • Recorded training sessions
  3. 03Month 2 onwards

    Growth sprints

We pick the best-sellers with the most room to grow and run focused sprints on them: rebuild the listing, rebuild the ads around the searches worth winning, and test the main image in Manage Your Experiments.

    • A sprint plan per ASIN
    • Test results, measured in Amazon's own tools
  4. 04Month to month

    Ongoing support

A weekly working session with your team, a review of the numbers, and a senior operator to check decisions between calls. It runs month to month, for as long as it's useful.

    • Weekly working session
    • Senior review between calls
04 — The toolkit

The infrastructure we hand over.

Eight pieces we install in your business. Pick one to see what it looks like. Everything stays with you: the models, the routines and the know-how to run them.

01 / 08

Profit per SKU model

Margin after Amazon fees, FBA, returns and ad spend, so you know which products to push and which lose money on every unit.

02 / 08

PPC operating system

Campaign structure by intent, harvest and negation rules, and a weekly bid and placement routine.

03 / 08

Agency scorecard

The KPIs and monthly report to hold an agency to: TACoS, organic rank, and spend on searches that never convert.

04 / 08

Search Query Performance review

A weekly read of your share of impressions, clicks, cart adds and purchases on the searches that matter.

05 / 08

Listing test calendar

Main image, title and A+ tests queued in Manage Your Experiments, with every result logged.

06 / 08

Brand control and compliance

Unauthorised sellers, the Featured Offer, Brand Registry, and EU obligations such as GPSR and EPR.

07 / 08

SOP library

Step-by-step routines for the daily, weekly and monthly work, written for your team.

08 / 08

Team training

Live sessions on your own account, recorded so new hires can catch up.

05 — The audit

We audit the company, not just the account.

Most Amazon problems start outside Seller Central: unclear ownership, slow decisions, reports nobody reads. So the audit looks at five things.

  1. PeopleWho owns what, where the gaps are, and what your team or agency spends its time on.
  2. ProcessesHow listings, ads, stock and cases actually get handled, and where work gets stuck.
  3. Tools and dataWhich reports you pull, which you trust, and which decisions they feed.
  4. The accountListings, search terms, campaign structure, inventory, the Featured Offer, reviews and compliance flags.
  5. The moneyReal margin after fees, FBA, returns and ads, SKU by SKU.

06 — Who you'll work with

Still selling on Amazon. Not retired from it.

Plenty of Amazon consultants made their money years ago, when Amazon was far easier, and now advise with nothing at risk. We never left. We still sell on Amazon every day, with our own stock and our own money.

  5. TodayStill sellers first

Small, lesser-known brands are our speciality, and we help big brands too. What we advise comes from today's Amazon.

Amazon today is a different game.

Advice that worked a few years ago can cost you money now. Ours comes from running our own business on Amazon today.

07 — Proof

What our clients say.

Brands that went from a side channel, or a plateau, to a serious revenue stream.

In just 3 months, our Amazon sales increased by more than 400%. Their team completely rebuilt our listings, SEO structure, and advertising strategy — and the results came faster than we expected.

What impressed me most is that they don't just “optimize.” They think strategically like true partners.

Paolo ConriSEO Manager, Lacote Group

They improved our listings, positioning, and international strategy, and our sales increased steadily across multiple markets.

It feels like having an in-house Amazon team that truly cares about your brand's success.

HristoOwner, Milva Products

We actually started working together almost as a small test — just to “see what happens.” Now they generate tens of thousands in monthly turnover for us on Amazon.

Their team knows exactly how Amazon works: content, SEO, ads, and conversions. Everything is data-driven and structured. No guessing.

08 — Terms

Month to month. Money back.

No long contract to get you in the door. If it stops being useful, you stop.

Month to month

No lock-in and no long contract. We earn the next month by what the last one delivered.

Money-back guarantee

If the first month doesn't show you where the money is and what to do about it, you get the fee back.

Read-only access

We need read-only access to Seller Central or Vendor Central and the ads account. We never ask for account ownership.

09 — Questions

Common questions.

The things brands ask us before the first call.

We already have an in-house team. Why would we need you?

Because a team that runs the account every day rarely has time to step back from it. We bring the audit, the systems and a senior second opinion. Your team keeps doing the work, with better routines and fewer blind spots.

We work with an agency. Can you work alongside them?

Yes. We set the KPIs and the monthly scorecard, review what the agency reports, and tell you plainly what's working. Many brands keep their agency; they just stop flying blind.

How is this different from full account management?

Consulting ends with your team running a better system, with us alongside. Full account management means we do the work and you review the results. A third option is authorised distribution, where we buy your stock and run Amazon as our own P&L.

How long is the contract?

There isn't one. We work month to month.

How long does the audit take?

Between one and two weeks from the day we get read access, depending on catalogue size and how many marketplaces are involved. A single-marketplace catalogue under fifty SKUs is usually closer to one week.

What do you need access to?

Read-only access to Seller Central or Vendor Central, and the advertising account. We don't need to change anything to run the audit, and we never ask for account ownership.

Which marketplaces do you cover?

The UK, the US, and the European marketplaces: Germany, France, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands and Sweden.

Do you work with brands that aren't on Amazon yet?

Yes. For a launch we start with the foundations: the seller account, compliance and the first listing, then the launch plan. The same senior people do the work.

Where to start

Thirty minutes, and you'll know whether we can help.

Bring the account. We'll look at it live and tell you the two or three things we'd fix first. If there's nothing worth paying us for, we'll say so on the call.
